I’ve been lucky and have been thru the ‘center of the storm’ in the tech industry working at very high levels of 3 of the valley’s most interesting company–a few obeservations:

• Successful people don’t sit around and whine about what is ‘wrong’ with their industry–they dig in and change it.
• Great ideas, products and pictures come from places you would never expect–the ‘old guard’ has no rights or ownership on creativity–quite the opposite.
• Staying static in any market is death.
